All condominiums feature the following: central heat and air; fully equipped kitchen with coffee pot, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, and blender; living room and dining area; washer and dryer; and easy access to 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, and crabbing dock. Children who are not toilet-trained are NOT permitted in the pool.
Golf carts, hover boards, electric skateboards, scooters, motorcycles, jet skis, RVs, campers, trailers and trailered boats are not allowed in Inlet Point.
