Litchfield By The Sea - Oceanfront with Pool
This four-building seaside sanctuary offers a chance to get away from it all amid the unspoiled, uncrowded beaches at Litchfield. The original Sandpiper A and B buildings flank the two Crescent buildings. Sandpiper Run A units are townhouse style. All other buildings units are on one level. All the buildings surround their community pool with spa and kiddie pool, along with a multi-level cascading waterfall. Guests have access to the Sandpiper Run pool, community tennis courts, bike and jogging trails.
Children not toilet-trained, in diapers or swim diapers are not allowed in pool. Children in swim diapers may use kiddie pool only.
All condominiums are equipped with central heat and air; a kitchen including coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, and blender; living room and dining area; washer and dryer; and balconies off the living room and master bedroom.
Motorcycles, jet skis, RVs, campers, trailers, and trailered boats are not allowed in Litchfield by the Sea.
