Bridgewater overlooks the Atlantic with 120 one and two bedroom villas. This five story landmark includes an indoor pool and jacuzzi, an oceanfront outdoor pool complex for Bridgewater with a pool, a kiddie pool, a "lazy river" and a jacuzzi. Guests have access to community tennis courts, jogging and bike trails. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants and there is an on site laundry facility.
All condominiums are equipped with central heat and air; a kitchen including coffee pot, toaster, microwave, icemaker, and blender; living and dining area; and balcony off living room.
Children who are not toilet-trained MUST wear a swim diaper while in the pool.
Motorcycles, jet skis, RVs, campers, trailers, and trailered boats are not allowed in Litchfield by the Sea.
